Print Out the Order Form
Simply use the shopping cart as you normally would. At checkout select "Order by Check/Money Order through Postal Mail" fill in your shipping information, click "submit" and print the following page out. Mail that page along with your check in to LadyGouldianFinch.com.

We now accept, Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express charge cards. Payments can also be made via cashiers check, money order or personal checks.
Shipping Charges
ladygouldianfinch.com's order form automatically calculates shipping charges (sales tax if applicable), for your order, so you know your exact costs.
*Weight Charge - due to the heavier weight and bulkiness on the 25lbs of Spray Millet & Finch Seed Mix, we are able to reduce the shipping costs by using UPS. It takes a few extra days but the cost savings are substantial. If you choose to order by mail with a check or money order for these two products, please call or e-mail for a shipping quote.

We ship most in-stock orders within 18 hours! In the event of a delay, we will notify you by e-mail. Note: Items sent through UPS will take longer and items ordered together may not arrive in the same box. Your credit card will not be charged until your order is shipped. If you need your order in a hurry, we can ship via USPO Express Overnight or Second Day to most of the 48 connecting States. Express Mail is not available in some areas. Please call for availability.
Priority is our Standard shipping through the United States Post Office. It is the fastest ground delivery service available. Your package will be delivered to you within 2-3 business days! Monday - Saturday.
NEW SHIPPING METHODS
We added UPS shipping options to our secure Shopping Cart. Now you have 7 choices for your domestic shipping. All overseas orders ship via Global Express Mail.
I would like to point out that contrary to popular belief, UPS Ground is not always more cost effective than Priority Mail, especially on a lighter weight parcel. It would be to your benefit to click between the various options to check for the least expensive shipping means that will get the order to you. Also remember that UPS does not deliver on Saturday. So if you are choosing UPS 2nd Day or 3 Day SELECT, the week-end does not count in the day count. In fact UPS starts the day count on the next day after the drop off.
If you are ordering only one, light weight item (i.e. Scatt, Liquid Kelp, 25ml S76), Priority Mail is always the best deal in cost. Priority Mail also offers new Flat Rate Priority boxes for $7.70. The shopping cart cannot make the judgement as to which orders will or won't fit into these boxes. If I know that this is a viable option for your order, I will VOID your original transaction and manually enter the credit card charge with the lower shipping costs. I have saved some customers as much as $12 in Priority shipping costs. However, this isn't an option if UPS is chosen as your preferred shipping method.
I will always attempt to save my customers money on shipping. That is why the shopping cart states that shipping costs are only an estimate. In almost all instances where I can lower the shipping costs, I will do so and adjust your credit card transaction. If for some reason the shipping costs will be higher than indicated by the shopping cart (i.e. an oversized box), you will be contacted via e-mail before the order is processed.

International shipping
Ordering from ladygouldianfinch.com? We can ship to international addresses through the United States Postal International Air Mail Service.
Payment Information
You can shop at our site by using your credit card. Prices will be displayed in your home currency. Your credit card provider will convert your purchase to your home currency on your credit card statement.
Customs
Your packages may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. These additional charges must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from ladygouldianfinch.com, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
The United States Postal Service customs forms for international packages will list the value of your order's contents by product type. Your privacy is important to us, and we know that you care about how information about your order is used and shared. We want our international customers to be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities. This information may be communicated by the carriers to customs authorities in order to facilitate customs clearance and comply with local laws.
Shipping costs
Our shipping rates on all items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policy of the U.S. Postal Service, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. Shipping costs for your order from ladygouldianfinch.com will be posted on your invoice.
Delivery time
When you choose the U.S Postal International Express Mail Service (only one available) it will give you the estimated delivery time to your country. Once the package arrives in your country we have no control over the time it will take to be delivered to your address.
Insurance
Please note: For your protection, all orders will be tracked and insured through the U.S. Post Office Express Mail service up to the first ($100.00) dollars. An additional charge will be added to your credit card if additional insurance is necessasry. If your country can not be insured you assume full responsibility for the order. No refunds will be granted if the shipment/package does not arrive to your address.
Declined Credit Card
If your credit card is Declined by our shopping cart, it could be for the following reasons: Your Credit Balance does not justify the amount of the order.
The bank that has issued you the credit card does not support the approval software allowing our shopping cart to VERIFY YOUR BILLING address. If this information cannot be verified, the card will always be declined.
Possible Solutions
Send either a check or money order written in US Dollars ONLY for the total amount of the order as shown on your order form.
Ask a friend or family member who has a credit card issued by a different bank to place the order for you. You could then pay them back in your country currency.
This is a very unusual situation. However, I does happen.There are non-US issuing banks who do support the approval software because many overseas customers have placed orders with ladygouldianfinch.com without problems.
Gift Card Orders
Because "Gift" Credit Cards do not have a customer billing address associated with them, the AVS software cannot verify an address, therefore the transaction will be declined. Ladygouldianfinch.com does accept orders using these Gift Credit Cards, however we need to ask that you call the office and place your order that way (770-939-4531). We can manually enter the transaction to get approval. I can be reached on week-days, Monday thru Friday from 9:00AM to 6:00PM est (Eastern Standard Time). If you get the voice mail, please leave a message that you wish to place an order and I will return your call ASAP.
I am sorry for this inconvenience, however because of the AVS software, I need to know that the ordering credit card is a "Gift" card so that I can set the verification system appropriately.
